City Goods Gifts does not accept returns or provide refunds once a product has been sold. - Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchange only in the following case:
The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. - Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at citygoods.inn@gmail.com or 6389005062.
Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. - Exchange Delivery Time
If your request is approved, the exchanged product will be delivered within 7 days from the date of approval.
