Exchange Policy

  1. No Returns or No Refunds
    City Goods Gifts does not accept returns or provide refunds once a product has been sold.
  2. Exchange Eligibility
    We offer exchange only in the following case:
    The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  3. Exchange Process
    To request an exchange:
    Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at citygoods.inn@gmail.com or 6389005062.
    Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
    The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  4. Exchange Delivery Time
    If your request is approved, the exchanged product will be delivered within 7 days from the date of approval.
